POTABLE
WATER PIPE
All Charter Plastics potable water pipe and tubing used in cold water applications
is covered by a 50-Year Warranty, which guarantees that
these products are free from any defects in materials and workmanship that
result in failures in service.
They are also warranted against rot or corrosion for 50 years from
the date of purchase. Charter Plastics will supply a replacement quantity
of pipe equal to that acknowledged by it to be defective, freight prepaid.
Failures resulting from misuse, improper installation, or mechanical damage
are not covered by this guarantee, nor are failures resulting from fittings
or improper fusions.
When installed according to Charter Plastics instructions and a failure
occurs within 50 years from the date of installation and is acknowledged
by it to be defective, Charter Plastics will pay all reasonable direct
labor charges up to 50 cents per lineal foot incurred on site to remove
the defective pipe and replace with Charter Plastics pipe. |
